Order changes

Product and color changes:

Unfortunately, orders can no longer be customized. So if you change your mind about the color of your SUSHI BIKE, your order must first be cancelled and then placed again through our online store. The same applies if you want to add another product to your order.

Change of delivery address:

If you want to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our Customer Support. Please use our contact form for this purpose.

A change of address is possible until the time of delivery. Once you have received the shipping information, a change of address is usually no longer possible.
