If our Customer Support has sent you to a workshop and your SUSHI BIKE is still within the warranty and guarantee period, the costs for repair and spare parts will be reimbursed. Provided that the repair has been agreed with us and approved.
If you had the repair done at an independent workshop, please submit the invoice to us afterwards so that we can refund the invoice amount.
If you have the repair done by a service partner, the billing will be done directly between the service workshop and SUSHI BIKES. The corresponding spare parts are usually purchased from us.
Please note that we cannot refund repairs that have not been agreed upon, according to our terms and conditions.
